US citizen charged for murder of wife in Jamaica
February 21, 2019The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said detectives in St Elizabeth have charged a man from the United States for the February 15 murder of his wife, 49-year-old Moy-Lyn Williams-Topping, at her home in Seaview district, St Elizabeth. She is pictured above.
The man charged with murder is 53-year-old Henry Topping, an analyst from Florida.
The JCF said: “Reports are that, about 6:45am, Williams-Topping was leaving her home in her motor vehicle when she was shot by her husband. She was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead. The husband was arrested and formally charged with murder on February 20.”
The accused is to appear in the St Elizabeth Parish Court on Monday, February 25.
