Detectives in Hanover have arrested two men and named three ‘persons of interest’ regarding a gang feud, which left a female senior citizen and a teen dead at their home in Malcolm Heights in the parish yesterday, July 25.

The victims are 91-year-old Doris Frame and 15-year-old Jesse Spence, said the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF).

In relation to the two men picked up during an operation in Lucea about 2 o’clock this morning, the JCF said their identities are being withheld pending further investigations.

It also stated that three men from Lucea are ‘persons of interest’, and they should surrender to Lucea police by 6 o’clock this evening.

THEY ARE:

1) Howard McIntosh, otherwise called ‘Zill’

2) Nickoy McKenzie, otherwise called ‘Nick’

3) Ricardo Bird, otherwise called ‘Whiteman’ and ‘Birdie’

The JCF, in the meantime, said: “Reports from the Lucea police are that, about 9pm, 91-year-old Doris Frame and 15-year-old Jesse Spence were pounced upon at their home by four armed men who opened fire at them.

“The police were alerted and, on their arrival, Jessie and Miss Frame were seen with multiple gunshot wounds. They were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead,” the JCF further said.
