MISSING: Otiphany Russell, 14, from St Ann

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said 14-year-old Otiphany Russell from Bamboo district in St Ann has been missing since Wednesday, November 28.

She is of brown complexion, stout build, and is about 160 centimetres (5 feet 3 inches) tall. She also has a mole on the cheek.

The JCF said: “Reports from the Bamboo police are that, about 6:30am, Otiphany was last seen in her community wearing her Girl’s Guide school uniform – a royal blue tunic and a pair of black shoes and socks. She has not been heard from since.”

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Otiphany should contact the Bamboo police at 876-972-6237, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
