Jamaican singer Dalton Harris made it into the top 10 of the X Factor UK show today, November 4.

The former Digicel Rising Stars winner advanced based on his rendition of Radiohead’s 1993 hit, Creep.

That performance, on Saturday night, earned a standing ovation from all four judges, who, as is becoming customary, lauded Dalton especially for his vocal range.

Ayda Williams told Dalton: “Your range is like a range within a range within a range. You are like a vocal matrix. I am so excited because I am watching a real artiste emerge. You’ve got a standing ovation every single one of your performance…”

Chief judge Simon Cowell commented: “Dalton, you are literally killing it every week. I mean, you are amazing.”

United Vibe boy band, in the meantime, got the lowest number of votes and was sent home automatically.
The two others with the lowest votes – Molly and duo Acacia and Aaliyah – competed for the last spot in the top 10. Molly was eliminated.
