Slipe resident killed in two-vehicle crash

A man has died in a two-vehicle crash on the Lacovia main road in St Elizabeth.

He is Lincoln Lyn from Slipe district in the parish, said the Corporate Communications Unit of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF).

It explained: “Reports from the Lacovia Police are that, about 7:30pm [on Monday, June 18], Lyn was driving an Eagle CG200 motorcycle, heading towards Westmoreland.”

“On reaching a section of the roadway, he allegedly collided with a Fuso Mitsubishi motor truck,” the JCF further said.

Lyn sustained multiple injuries and was pronounced dead at hospital.
