Murder in Hanover: Police want help to identify body in red T-shirt
July 9, 2018The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said detectives assigned to Lucea Police Station are seeking the public’s help in identifying the body of a man that was found along Bulls Bay main road in the parish yesterday, July 8.
“The body is of dark complexion, slim build, is about 137 centimetres (4 feet 6 inches) long and appears to be in its mid twenties. The body was clad in a dark blue shorts and a red T-shirt,” the JCF disclosed.
It further stated that, about 9:30pm, residents heard explosions and called the cops.
“On the arrival of the officers, the body was seen lying on its side with wounds to the head. The scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue,” the JCF explained.
It added: “Anyone with information who can assist in the investigation or identifying the body is being asked to contact the Lucea CIB at 956-2304, police 119 emergency number, Crime Stop 311 and 811, or the nearest police station.”
