MISSING: Kerwin Northover from St Andrew
November 15, 2018The Jamaica Constabulary Force said 23-year-old Kerwin Northover from Harbour View, St Andrew, has been missing since Tuesday, November 13.
He is of brown complexion, medium build, and is about 160 centimetres (5 feet 3 inches) tall.
The JCF said: “Reports from the Spanish Town Police are that Northover was last seen at home about 10pm wearing black pants, dark green shirt and a pair of slippers. All efforts to contact him have proven futile.”
