Kingston woman missing
January 9, 2019The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said 18-year-old Chelsea Miller from Oddman Lane, Kingston 8, has been missing since Monday, January 7.
She is of dark complexion, slim build, and is about 160 centimetres (5 feet 3 inches) tall.
The JCF said: “Reports from the Constant Spring Police are that, about 11am, Miller was last seen at home dressed in a blue blouse, blue jeans shorts and a pair of white slippers. She has not been heard from since.”
