The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said its officers in Kingston Eastern are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the head of a human being that was found on the Bull Bay main road in St Andrew on Sunday, November 4.
It said: “Reports are that, about 10:50am, residents alerted the police, stating that a human head was found. A police team responded and found the head, which appears to be male, beside a white plastic bucket and a multi-colored sheet beside the roadway. The crime scene was processed and the head was removed to the morgue.”
The JCF further stated that anyone who can identify the head, or who has information that can assist in the investigation, should contact the Elleston Road CIB at 876-928-4200, police 119 emergency or the nearest police station.
