Family appeals for blood for veteran broadcaster

The family of veteran sports broadcaster Simon Croskill has made an appeal for members of the public to donate blood, adding that Mr Crosskill is undergoing surgeries.

Ayanna Crosskill, in a social media post today, said: “My uncle Simon is undergoing his fourth surgery in four months and is in urgent need of blood. Please donate if you can to Simon Crosskill at UWI blood bank or any blood bank island-wide, no matter your blood type. Thank You!”

She did not povide any further details.
