The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said the bullet-riddled bodies of two men were found this morning (February 18) in the Marley Acres area of Old Harbour, St Catherine.

The deceased are 27-year-old Lamar Brown who is also called Simpleton from East Bay Drive, and 31-year-old Damion Campbell who is also known as Brappy from Smith Avenue – both in Old Harbour.

The JCF said reports are that residents heard explosions in the Marley Acres area shortly after 2 o’clock this morning and call the police.

“Police went and made checks, however, they were not able to find anything,” added the JCF.

It further told The Beacon that, about 6:30 this morning, persons who were going about their business stumbled upon two bodies lying on one of the roads in the said community.

“The police were called and they processed the scene where the men had been shot several times. The bodies were later removed to the morgue,” the JCF said, adding that investigations are ongoing.
