ST ELIZABETH: Man dies in crash, another seriously injured

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said 22-year-old mason Noel Facey from Springfield district, St Elizabeth, died in a motor vehicle collision on the Parrotee main road in the parish yesterday, March 19.

It added: “Reports from the Black River Police are that, about 9PM, Facey was driving a grey Toyota Corolla motor car with a male passenger aboard.

“On reaching a section of the roadway, Facey allegedly lost control of the vehicle and collided in a tree. Both men were taken to hospital where Facey was pronounced dead and the other man admitted in serious condition,” the JCF further said while noting that investigations are continuing.
