Nude body, with stab wounds, found in St Ann

Detectives are probing the death of an unidentified woman whose nude body, with stab wounds, was found on Wednesday (November 14) on the roadway at Phase 2, Runaway Bay, St Ann.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said: “Reports from the Runaway Bay police are that, about 6:45am, passers-by stumbled upon the body and alerted the police. On their arrival, the body was seen lying in the nude on its side with multiple stab wounds.

“The scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue,” added the JCF.

It said anyone with information that can assist in identifying the body should contact the Runaway Bay police at 876-973-7057, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
