Burnt body found behind church

Detectives attached to the Denham Town Criminal Investigation Branch are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the burnt body of a male that was found in a gully on Rousseau Road, Kingston 5, on Sunday, July 1.

The body is about 182 centimetres (6 feet) long, stout build, and has tattoo ‘S.O.P’ on the chest and ‘Loyalty has no limits’ on the abdomen.

Reports from the Denham Town Police are that, about 7:30pm, residents observed tyres burning behind a church and summoned the fire brigade.

The firemen, who discovered the burnt remains during cooling down operations, alerted the police.

Meanwhile, the police are asking anyone with information who can assist them in their investigation and in identifying the body to contact the Denham Town Criminal Investigation Branch at 876-948-6443, police 119 emergency or the nearest police station.
