Kenroy Smith disappeared from Wild Cane district in St Ann about 20 years ago, and his relatives in the rural community are still trying to ascertain his whereabouts. He is said to be of dark complexion, and has a burn scar (caused by hot water) on one of his hands – close to the fingers….
