Point Hill residents murdered | Bodies found with gunshot wounds
July 22, 2018The bullet-riddled bodies of two young men from Duxes district in Point Hill, St Catherine, have been found elsewhere in the parish.
The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said residents stumbled upon the corpses along the Barry main road in Guanabovale shortly after seven o’clock this morning, July 22.
The deceased are 20-year-old Daniel Jones who is also called Gaza, and 24-year-old higgler Romario West.
West is also a well-known party promoter who uses the aliases Moggler and Papa.
The JCF noted that its St Catherine North Police Division is still probing the murders.

It explained: “Reports from the Guanabovale police are that, about 7:20am, residents stumbled upon the bodies and summoned the police.

“Crime scene investigators who processed the crime scene confirmed that the bodies had gunshot wounds. The bodies were removed to the morgue pending a post-mortem,” the JCF further said.
