Twin Tragedy – twin girls found dead inside bedroom after fire

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) has released the identities of the twin girls who died in a house fire  last evening (January 31) on Grants Pen Road in St Andrew.

The deceased are two-year-old Niellia Pinnock and Nahaila Pinnock, pictured above.

The origin of the blaze was still unknown up to publication time, the JCF said.

“Reports from the Grants Pen Police are that, about 7:30pm, residents saw fire coming from a house and summoned the police and the fire department. On their arrival, cooling down operations were conducted and the charred remains of the twins were found in a bedroom in the house.”

The JCF further stated that investigations are ongoing.
