ST THOMAS: Car plunges over bridge, killing driver on Christmas Day

A car plunged over a bridge on Christmas Day, killing its 34-year-old driver Christopher Brown from New Road in Yallahs, St Thomas.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force said the crash unfolded on Long Level main road in the parish.

It further said: “Reports from the Mavis Bank Police are that, about 6:17pm, Christopher was driving his white Nissan AD Wagon when he lost control of the vehicle, which plunged over a bridge. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.”

The investigation is continuing, police said.
