Ackera Gowie, who represents the parish of St Mary, is Miss Jamaica Festival Queen 2018.

Shantae Grant from Hanover finished second, and the third place finisher is Chris-Ann Douglas who represented St James.

The competition was held on Emancipation Day, August 1, at the National Arena in Kingston.
