Missing girl found at house with 3 suspected gunmen

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said a female teen who in April reportedly went missing from her home in Old Harbour, St Catherine, was among four people arrested in connection with the seizure of a firearm at New Ramble district in St James.

The 15-year-old girl, whose identity is being withheld at this time, reportedly was found at a house in Ramble yesterday morning, June 10, when police and military personnel conducted an operation about 7AM.

The JCF said: “Three other persons – all males – were also arrested during the operation that saw the seizure of an Intratec submachine gun and three 9 millimetre rounds of ammunition.”

The four suspects remain in their custody as investigations continue.
