Local cops searching for 4 Costa Ricans

The Counter-Terrorism and Organized Crime Investigation Branch (C-TOC) has issued a public appeal for help in locating four Costa Ricans who are believed to have entered the island illegally last month.

They are:

  • Jeison Jesus Villalobos Arias, 22, who is of brown complexion. He has brown eyes and low cut hairstyle.
  • Kristian Antonio Solo Baldivia, 38, who is of brown complexion and stout build. He has brown hair.
  • Francisco Javier Flores Blackwood, 58, otherwise called ‘Chico’, who is of brown complexion and slim build. He has brown eyes.
  • A man known only as ‘Persio’.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said: “Reports are that the men are believed to be in Westmoreland, and were last heard from on Thursday, March 7. A report was made to local authorities and an investigation subsequently launched.”

The JCF further stated that anyone knowing the whereabouts of the men should contact C-TOC at 876-967-1389, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
