LLUIDAS VALE: Playing field in Tydixon to be completed this year

Hugh Graham, councillor for the Lluidas Vale Division of the St Catherine Municipal Corporation, said the football field under construction in the community of Tydixon should be completed before Christmas.

“I started a football field in Tydixon and we need to complete that. There is a programme on the table that it should be completed before the end of this year. So we are going to jump on it and have it completed so that the Tydixon person can have it for christmas so that they can have a training ground and probably put on a league there for themselves,” Graham said.

He made the comments during a recent ceremony held at the Lluidas Vale playing field to close the 2018 RumBar/Lluidas Vale Corner League.
