LINSTEAD: Work resuming on Wakefield Road

The new election candidate for the People’s National Party in St Catherine North West, Hugh Graham, said rehabilitation work is resuming today (May 20) on the Wakefield main road in the Linstead area of the constituency.

“Wakefield Road will start today; this will bring to completion the entire rehabilitation of that road,” added the Graham, who visited the project two weeks ago along with Member of Parliament Robert Pickersgill.

He further stated that, based on the contract, the project should be completed by the end of July. He, however, expressed hope that it will be done ahead of the said timeline.
