Hotel musician dies in crash

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) said 39-year-old musician Robert Wisdom has died.

The resident of Blagrove Crescent in Runaway Bay, St Ann, lost his life in a motor vehicle collision on the Llandovery main road in the parish on Tuesday, January 8.

The JCF said: “Reports from the St Ann’s Bay Police are that, about 4am, Wisdom was driving a Daihatsu motor car when he allegedly lost control of his vehicle and collided in another car.”

Wisdom, who worked in hotels on the island’s north coast, was taken to St Ann’s Bay Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
