The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) is reporting a second case of suspected suicide in the parish of Manchester this week.

It stated that, in the latter case, 31-year-old labourer Dwayne Sinclair from Newlands district in Mandeville is suspected to have committed suicide in his community yesterday, April 18.

The JCF said: “Reports from the Mandeville Police are that, about 4AM, residents stumbled upon the body and alerted them. On their arrival, the body was seen hanging from a tree by a belt, which was tied to its neck. The scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue. Investigations continue.”

The JCF earlier reported that there was another case of suspected suicide elsewhere in the parish. It said 24-year-old Cosmour Copeland from Cumberland district in Spaulding is suspected to have committed suicide in his community on Sunday, April 14.
