LLUIDAS VALE: Man stabbed; another in police custody

A man is in police custody and another is nursing stab wounds following a knifing incident at Lluidas Vale in St Catherine yesterday, December 16.

The Corporate Communication Unit of the police force said the two men were involved in an argument when one used a knife to stab the other.

The wounded man was treated at hospital and released. No charge was laid against the suspect up to publication time.

Details of the incident, which happened at a house near Pegga’s shop, are still sketchy.

The wounded man, who is said to be from Union district in Lluidas Vale, has relatives in the area where he was stabbed.
